Jonathan Doyle (reeds) & Jake Sanders (guitar) have shared the bandstand in a variety of ensembles (The Fat Babies, Naomi & Her Handsome Devils, The Jonathan Doyle Swingtet). 'Alight & Elide' is the result of a recording session they co-lead in April of 2022. Featuring some of Chicago's finest musicians, it is neither the first, nor last, of their many musical collaborations.
